What would you be if you were not an Account Director?

Well, I am a geek so probably a programmer, therapist, or filmmaker. These are top-of-mind answers however, there are many other aspects of my character that I could explore and thrive in, whether it’s highly cognitive or artistic – like scientific research, digital art, writing, and gaming.

And why are you an Account Director?

I enjoy the exposure to different industries through my work. It simply fits with my curious nature. Moreover, getting my hands dirty till I see things through is something I love. It doesn’t matter what role you have to play, what matters is getting it done. And also, because I can use my complete skillset for this job, like communication, people skills, organizational skills, etc.

Give us a guided tour of your work desk.

My desk is pretty decluttered most of the time. I can’t function in cluttered spaces so usually my desk will only have my laptop, a pen, and a notepad (at the most). The less the better.

What’s the best part of your work? And the worst part?

The best part would be the curiosity aspect, the intriguing questions, and digging deeper through research in order to come up with the right message for the audience. Finding the right insight by forming a point of view that is unique to the topic being addressed yet easy to understand and buy into. The worst part is having to take and make calls ALL the freaking time. Being good at communication doesn’t necessarily mean I enjoy it.

Who is the superhero/ mythological/ fictitious character that you think best represents you? And why?

Dr. Strange, from MCU Because he believes in himself, and he goes further than everyone’s “limitations”. He simply never quits. Also, the exceptional capacity of a good heart.
