What’s the best part of your work? And the worst part?
The best part? When we huddle, we brainstorm, and when the creative magic happens – producing
meaningful content, that not only achieves the objectives, but also fills us with a sense of accomplishment.
The not-so-great, disheartening part – is when a project we're deeply invested in and passionate about is unexpectedly shelved. It not only halts the momentum and excitement built around the project but also leaves a lingering sense of what could have been.
How has your work changed in recent times and how have you adapted to it?
Originally from London, where I spent my entire life until recently, I made the big move to Dubai. This transition wasn't just about changing locations; it meant diving into a new cultural and professional environment. As an Account Director, adapting to the
diverse behaviors of our clients, the different working styles, and the expectations that come with my position in Dubai has been really enriching.
I've been keen on refining my approach to leadership and communication. Thanks to Liwa, I continue to learn and grow every day in my role.
If you get one hour to do whatever you like, what would that be?
If I had the luxury of spending an hour any way I desired, I would spend it with my family. In this fast-paced business, carving out moments for us is essential. Otherwise, I personally risk being swept away in the tumult of life, losing touch with what truly matters. And for me, that means my wife and kids.
