Tell us a little about your work process.
As I said earlier, it is all about building the relations. Building a strong relation with the client is one, but also with your colleagues. Without them there is no building a relation with the client.
How has your work changed in recent times and how have you adapted to it?
Having to adapt to a completely new work profile and environment after getting comfortable for 13 years is a challenge. But adapting and learning the new process is very exciting.
